Sales Bonus Plan
United Laboratories’ Sales Bonus Plan has been and will continue to be designed to reward sales growth. It is designed for the sole purpose of rewarding sales improvement (increase) and for going above and beyond the level achieved during the previous year.
You will be assigned an Annual Sales Bonus Quota based on your sales during the previous year. From that, a Quarterly Sales Bonus Quota is calculated as ¼ of your Annual Bonus Quota.
When you exceed your Quarterly Sales Bonus Quota, you will earn a Sales Bonus equal to 1.5% of your Shipped, Qualifying Sales for the quarter. Bonuses are paid on the third Friday of the following fiscal month.
Annual Qualification Provision: You can recover bonus monies from quarters in which you missed quota when you exceed your Annual Sales Bonus Quota.
If, at the end of the year, you exceed your Annual Sales Bonus Quota, you will retroactively qualify for the quarters that you missed and recover the bonus monies you would have earned had you qualified for bonus in those quarters.
Plus, you will earn an additional bonus of one-half of one percent (.5%) of your shipped qualifying sales for the year when you hit your Annual Bonus Quota. This will bring your total Annual Sales Bonus earned to two percent (2%) of your Qualifying sales for the year when you hit your annual Sales Bonus Quota.
