United offers a Rising Star Training Seminar at its Home Office for top achievers in the rookie sales representative ranks. During the multi-day event, you will participate in a variety of sales-generating programs designed to further help you grow your business and earnings. To qualify for attendance, you must maintain a weekly average of at least $1,800 for at least 13 weeks, have a base of at least 50 accounts and be up to date on all Advanced Continuous Education (ACE) materials.
