Milestone Bonus Plan

The Milestone Bonus Plan is a graduated system of cash bonus awards based upon sales at various weekly intervals early in your tenure with United. It is completely independent of and in addition to our Monthly Sales Bonus Program. Milestone Bonuses are earned as follows…

Milestone 1: If you achieve your Milestone 1 quota by career week 10 and completed all required ACE material, you will earn an extra $200.

Milestone 2: If you achieve your Milestone 2 quota by career week 15 and completed all required ACE material, you will earn an extra $300.

Milestone 3: If you achieve your Milestone 3 quota by career week 20, have a base of at least 50 accounts and completed all required ACE material, you will earn an extra $400 and you will automatically earn an invitation to the next Rising Star Training Seminar at United’s Corporate Headquarters.

Milestone 4: If you achieve your Milestone 4 quota by career week 26 and completed all required ACE material, you will earn an extra $500.
