Circle of Champions

The Circle of Champions is the core group of top achieving sales representatives at United. The Circle of Champions and the Jackets associated with it represent various levels of achievement within the Company.

To earn a Green Jacket and become a member of the Circle of Champions, as a first-time qualifier you must have qualifying sales of $165,000.

To requalify for the Circle of Champions, as a second-time qualifier and thereafter, you must have qualifying sales equal to your Winners’ Circle Seminar quota.

To earn a Gold Jacket, you must have qualifying sales of $265,000.

To earn the Onyx Jacket, you must have qualifying sales of $365,000.

To earn the Ivory Jacket, you must have qualifying sales of $465,000.

To earn the Sapphire Jacket, you must have qualifying sales of $565,000.

To earn the Ruby Jacket, you must have qualifying sales of $665,000.

To earn the Platinum Jacket, you must have qualifying sales of $765,000.

To earn the Cashmere Jacket, you must have qualifying sales of $900,000.

To earn the Black Tie Award—a custom-tailored black tuxedo with a unique tie and cummerbund—you must have qualifying sales of $1,000,000.
